Why take the challenge
I’ve been rowing for over 10 years and competed with Ireland for 6. I trained for more than 30 hours a week. Then when I changed from athlete to coach I needed a new strategy to stay in shape.
I now only use the MOST effective parts of my training and can maintain competition level fitness in under 4 hours a week.
Doing less with more has taken time to try new methods and technique.
If I was to go back and start over, this course would have saved me 2 years of learning!
